AimWisp support

AimWisp is being prepared for Microsoft Store and is not yet available to purchase. For product, accessibility or privacy questions, email support@trieflow.com.

When reporting a problem

Include the AimWisp version, Windows version, what you expected and what happened. For display placement issues, include the number of monitors and each monitor's scaling percentage. Please omit passwords, payment information and private documents.

Overlay compatibility

AimWisp is intended for windowed and borderless applications. Exclusive fullscreen and Xbox Game Bar support are not promised. Games and anti-cheat systems may restrict overlays; check the rules for the application you use.

Presets and displays

A preset belongs to its selected display. When that display disconnects, its overlay remains hidden until the display returns. Geometric crosshairs are included; custom image imports are not part of the first release.

Purchases

Microsoft Store handles purchases and refunds. Once the app is available, use your Microsoft account purchase history for order questions.
